Your first visit to our practice will be about getting to know your chiropractor, and a chance for us to get to know you!

Specializing in individualized treatment plans, Dr. Sansone spends quality time with you, getting to know your unique history and conducting a detailed exam all within a comfortable setting.
SC requires appointments at our office to allocate the time for each patients needs. There is the standard paperwork to learn about your health history and current presentation. Please keep in mind to bring your most recent x-rays, MRI report &/or other medical information as it pertains to your appointment. The office does not provide x-rays at this location.
Once all your paperwork is reviewed along with any additional health history records Dr. Sansone will perform a physical examination to see what movements, motions and activities you can perform and can not perform. Once it is is determined what movements or activities are affected those become some of our goals to work towards improving as an complaint starts to resolve and get the body back to balance. Typically, you can expect to receive care on your first visit once we establish the need for care.
A follow up visit is often recommended to evaluate your progress then we will take a look at the overall results, and, together, come up with a plan of action specifically for you.
In the instances of an automobile accident cases please contact your automobile insurance carrier to open a medical claim. They will then provide you with a claim number, claims adjuster and phone number to provide to the front desk with your appointment. This way we can start care immediately and focus on your health care needs by addressing musculoskeletal injuries and other soft tissue injuries due to the motor vehicle accident.
