Personal Health Insurance does not cover "chronic, maintenance or preventative care. "
SC self-pay service for an initial new patient appointment for those seeking spine health for maintenance and preventative care will include Chiropractic examination/Neurological/Orthopedic Examination and a Chiropractic adjustment. Ongoing care plans are available 6, 12 and 24 visit plans are available or as needed if preferred.
SC self-pay service for an initial new patient appointment for those seeking care for acute complaint care will include Chiropractic examination/Neurological/Orthopedic Examination and treatment for acute complaint such as Chiropractic adjustment, Softwave TRT, Red-Light Therapy, PEMF, Massage and/or Muscle Stimulation. Ongoing care if needed, Treatment plan of action will be discussed on the following visit with goal/s in place to reach maximum medical improvement.
SC self-pay service for an initial new patient appointment for those seeking care for chronic complaint care will include Chiropractic examination/Neurological/Orthopedic Examination and treatment for chronic complaint such as Chiropractic adjustment, Softwave TRT, Red-Light Therapy, PEMF, Massage, Body Vibration, Roller Table, Muscle Stimulation and/or Therapeutic Stretching. Ongoing care will be discussed following initial visit to work towards a plan of action to return to activities of daily living and other goals.
SC is in-network with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. New patient appointment for those seeking spine health for an acute complaint is subject to your insurance benefits. Contact the office prior to your visit for your benefit coverage.
SC is in-network with straight Medicare. Medicare guidelines will only cover the spinal adjustment.
Unfortunately, The Medicare guidelines do not cover any upper extremity or lower extremity complaints. ie (shoulder/wrist or hip/knee complaints.) Also, The Medicare guidelines do not cover the initial examination nor any re-examinations. if there is a new occurrence/episode's that warrants a re-examination. The Medicare guidelines do not cover "any modalities" that includes electrical muscle stimulation, trigger point therapy to muscles, therapeutic stretching, intersegmental "roller table" traction.
All services that are not covered by Medicare does not mean you can't receive them its just on a self-pay basis. Their guidelines are very limited and one would have to wonder, how could a Chiropractor know what spinal segments need adjusted without doing an Examination??? Things that make you go hmmmm.
After all their limitations, The Medicare guidelines have increased the annual deductible in 2024 to $240 which can be met at any health care provider/practice.
SC accepts all community members regardless of insurance and will work with you
to make care affordable to help you reach your goal.
SC accepts Automobile Injury cases as long as your case is active and follows Pennsylvania state guidelines. All potential new patients in this category must provide a claim number and the adjusters contact information with your initial appointment.
Services covered under Automobile coverage are Spinal and Extremity adjustments, modalities: Softwave Tissue Regeneration Therapy, PEMF Therapy, Red-Light Therapy, Intersegmental "Roller Table" Traction, Electrical Muscle Stimulation, Therapeutic Stretching, Massage Therapy, Neuromuscular Re-education Movement. Supportive Pain reducing Products: Pillows, Pain Ointments.

SC makes care affordable and makes you a priority to help work towards restoring your health and/or achieve your health goals.
All services and products available at Sansone Chiropractic are eligible to use a HSA/FSA Health Savings or Benefits card account including the ChiroThin as long as your BMI is over 24.9. We will provide you with the necessary letter of medical necessity, if need be, for you to submit to your insurance carrier.

Our practice accepts cash, check, major credit cards and HSA/FSA, health savings benefits cards. All health savings cards HSA/FSA benefits cards can be used for all services and products in-network or out of network insurance plans.
HSA/FSA benefits cards are accepted for ChiroThin weight loss program with a BMI over 24.9. A superbill or letter of medical necessity can be provided upon request.
All credit cards are accepted including HSA/FSA benefits cards. Our credit card machine automatically charges a 3.5% fee that goes directly to the merchant and not to Sansone Chiropractic and is unavoidable.
