Using Health Insurance
In-network providers for insurance policies, including, but not limited to the following:
- Highmark or Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Medicare
- All HSA/FSA benefits cards accepted regardless of our network status.
- Automobile Insurance
- Worker's Compensation
Little-to-No-Coverage and High Deductible or Copay
If you have no insurance, no chiropractic benefits, or high deductibles/copays, we are still committed to helping you get the care you need! We offer self-pay chiropractic care starting at $50/visit. We also offer pre-payment discounts and monthly payments. Many patients pay directly for care, as they discover chiropractic to be extremely cost-effective and affordable.
Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept Cash, Check, HSA/FSA Benefits Card, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Online Pay (Zelle and Venmo) as well as CareCredit. All credit cards, debit cards and tap feature payments automatically have a 3.5% fee that goes directly to the merchant and not to Sansone Chiropractic.
