What to expect with receiving Chiropractic Spinal health care at Sansone Chiropractic.
New Patient Paperwork, Outcome Assessment forms based on target area complaint or condition.
Dr. Sansone will perform an examination that will consist of checking posture for imbalances, range of motion at the neck, low back and/or extremities to get a baseline of range, a neurological examination to evaluate upper, lower motor nerves and cranial nerves, sensory and orthopedic testing will be performed based patients' presentation then palpation of the spine/vertebral column to find spinal joints that are subluxated/fixed joints and palpation of the musculature to evaluate tissue consistency for muscle spasms.
Once it is determined that your examination warrants treatment, treatment will be performed by one of the adjustment techniques, which will consist of Spinal or Extremity adjustments performed by a instrument (Arthrostim) and/or manual hands-on techniques. Both adjustment techniques and modalities (electrical muscle stimulation, intersegmental traction, therapeutic stretching), as well as the other services may be provided based on presentation of the patient such as PEMF, Red Light, Softwave and/or WBV.
In some cases, if there are red flags in your examination evaluation Dr. Sansone will refer you out to another specialist.
Following your first visit, it is usually recommended to follow up with Dr. Sansone to monitor your progress from your first treatment as well as game plan your success to help you reach your health goals as a team.

Once it is determined you are a candidate for ChiroThin Dr. Sansone will give recommendations based on your initial paperwork.
